Returns & Exchanges

At Tree of Life Bible Society, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or lifestyle items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
